Judi Gietzen

Judi Gietzen, a longtime resident of Estero, Fl. is the founder and Broker Owner of Elite Realty of SW Fl. Her Florida real estate career started in 2004 and has been a top producer in the industry year after year.

She relocated from Ohio in 2001 and has never looked back, making Estero, Fl. her home. Before moving to Florida, Judi spent many years in the Oil and Gas Industry working with self-help exploratory drilling programs throughout the country, but mostly in Ohio. Ever heard the term “Wildcatter”?

Throughout her real estate career, Judi has served many clients throughout SW Fl, primarily in Estero which has grown tremendously over nearly 2 decades.

Once Judi became a Broker Owner in 2012 she committed to additional education and has earned her GRI, “Graduate of Real Estate Institute” of which few Broker Owner hold, PMN “Performance Management Network through the Women’s Council of Broker Owner National Membership, and to take advantage of the International real estate opportunities earned her AHWD “At Home with Diversity” Certification through the Florida Association of Broker Owner.

Since 2009 she has volunteered to mentor other Broker Owner across the country and assist in growing other’s businesses with her commitment and involvement in the Women’s Council of Broker Owner, the Bonita Springs ~ Estero Board of Broker Owner as well as the Estero Chamber of Commerce.

Judi enjoys golfing at her club, Wildcat Run Golf & Country club. Boating the waterways of SW Fl taking in the beauty it provides is her other love. So, Judi is still a “Wildcatter.” Judi and her husband, Frank Carroll, are passionate about the service they provide their clients and celebrate the end result, providing the Customer Service their clients deserve.
